Why Lawn Maintenance Contracts?
Keep your property looking great all year around!
Due to high customer demand, Armstrong Lawn & Landscaping will be offering yearly maintenance contracts for our customers beginning in 2006. These contract packages are designed to keep your property healthy and looking great all year around. Additionally, they are customized to meet your individual needs.
Why is this good for me?
The best thing about our maintenance contracts is that they are customizable to meet the needs of your property. Our maintenance contracts ensure that the seasonal services you desire will be automatically scheduled at the appropriate times throughout the year. Also, your payments will be spread out in equal installments over the course of the year. Most importantly, your property will look beautiful all year around!
How do I get an estimate?
This is the easy part! You can do one of two things:
1. Call Armstrong Lawn & Landscaping and request an estimate.
2. Or even easier, simply click here to download a proposal sheet. Check which aspects of each service you would like done, mail or email the form to Armstrong Lawn & Landscaping, and a representative will call you to set up a time for your free estimate!
Below are the services we offer for our annual maintenance contract. You may decided which of the services below you would to have performed during the year. You may also decide which parts of each service you would like to have done. For example, you can choose 3 of the 5 bullet points instead of all 5!
Spring Cleanup
* General clean up of turf and mulch areas
* Edge all mulch beds
* Trim and prune shrubs and trees as needed
* Install double shredded hardwood mulch into specified areas
* Aeration and/or seeding
Weekly Lawn Maintenance Service*
* Mow yard, trim and edge along beds, walkways and driveways, and blow remaining debris from walkways and driveways (*based upon 28 cuts/season)
Yearly Gutter Service
* Clean out all gutters and downspouts - Spring Cleaning
* Clean out all gutters and downspouts - Summer Cleaning
* Clean out all gutters and downspouts - Fall Cleaning
Fall Cleanup
* General clean up of turf and mulch areas
* Edge all mulch beds
* Trim and prune shrubs and trees as needed
* Install double shredded hardwood mulch into specified areas

Leaf Removal
* Remove all leaves from property in November
* Remove all leaves from property in December
